Shannen Doherty lucha contra el cáncer de la mano de su esposo

La actriz Shannen Doherty le mandó un emotivo mensaje a su esposo, quien se encuentra luchando a su lado contra el cáncer de mama.

“Kurt se ha mantenido a mi lado en la enfermedad y me ha hecho sentirme más querida que nunca”, son las palabras que la actriz compartió en redes sociales.

Shannen es recordada en su papel de Brenda en la serie Beverly Hills 90210.

El productor de cine Kurt Iswarienko ha mostrado el amor que le tiene a su pareja y está a su lado, por lo que la actriz le dedicó las siguientes palabras:

"Nuestra boda fue excepcional y no por el gran evento que celebramos. Fue excepcional porque nos comprometimos en lo bueno y en lo malo, en la enfermedad y en la salud, para amarnos y cuidarnos el uno al otro".

"Esos votos no han significado nunca tanto como ahora. Kurt se ha mantenido a mi lado en la enfermedad y me ha hecho sentirme más querida que nunca. Caminaría cualquier camino con él y le protegería de cualquier dragón", expresó Doherty.

"Es mi alma gemela. Mi otra mitad. Tengo suerte", escribió.

El verano del año pasado, la actriz reveló que sufría cáncer de mama después de que saliera a la luz la noticia de que había denunciado ante el Tribunal de Justicia de Los Ángeles a la empresa Tanner, Mainstain, Glynn & Johnson, que ejercía de representante y controlaba sus finanzas, al no haber renovado el seguro médico en 2014.

Sarah Michelle Gellar le propuso un reto a su amiga Shannen Doherty, el cual consiste en que durante siete días debe demostrar el amor que siente por su pareja utilizando el hashtag #loveyourspousechallenge.

Life has handed us an interesting card with cancer and although we would both prefer to not be faced with such a terrible disease, we must also search for the good. Am I blessed? Yes.
