Una visita al doctor hizo reflexionar al estadounidense Pasquale 'Pat' Brocco, quien llegó a pesar 274 kilos y con ello ponía en riesgo su vida.
El hombre de 31 años ha logrado perder 136 kilos con un método extraño: decidió caminar al supermercado cada vez que tuviera hambre.
La distancia entre la casa de Pat y el supermercado es de 1.5 kilómetros, que se duplican si se toma en cuenta que se recorre la misma distancia en el retorno.
"Caminas hasta el Walmart 3 veces al día y terminas andando 6 millas (casi 10 kilómetros). Fue increíble: yo nunca había caminado 6 millas en mi vida", dijo Brocco al revelar su secreto para bajar de peso.
Pero la caminata no lo fue todo, también cambió lo que comía, ya que diariamente consumía cerca de 11 mil 200 calorías.
Entre las cosas que Pasquele solía comer están 100 'nuggets' de pollo, 4 donuts, 2 litros de gaseosa, entre otras cosas.
Ahora el hombre degusta huevo, pechuga de pollo, vegetales, nueces, entre otras cosas, con lo que su ingesta de calorías se redujo a 2 mil 250.
Ahora la caminata al supermercado ha sido cambiada por una constante visita al gimnasio, en donde Pat gusta de levantar pesas.
En redes sociales, el hombre presume los cambios que ha experimentado en su cuerpo.

As I stand here and try to attempt the famous vacuum pose all I can think of is glad I never gave up! I had to Lose 100lbs still overweight Lose another 100lbs still not enough Lose 100 more pounds still not enough Lose 30 more finally reached my goals Now I have loose skin that will get removed August 15 2016 by @drrepta_plasticsurgery !
